V.I. Democrats Prepare for 2016 National Convention

 Leah D. Daugherty, CEO of the 2016 Democratic National Convention, has been extending congratulatory letters to state and territorial delegations who will be attending this historic event. As delegates are preparing to travel to Philadelphia, the Virgin Islands delegation is planning to promote and showcase not only political views and issues, but the culture and heritage of the Virgin Islands.

The Call of the Democratic Convention will begin on July 25 with an impressive agenda when Democrats nominate Hillary Clinton, the presumptive nominee, as its candidate for president of the United States. The Democratic Party of the Virgin Islands’ official delegation includes the following individuals:
