 All holding an interest in: PLOT NO. 179 (0.230 U.S. ACRE) OF ESTATE CASTLE COAKLEY, QUEEN QUARTER, ST. CROIX, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, AS MORE FULLY SHOWN ON OLG DRAWING NO. 5138 DATED APRIL 08, 1999.

 Within the time limited by law you are hereby required to appear before this Court and answer to a complaint filed against you in this action and in case of your failure to appear or answer, judgment by default will be taken against you as demanded in the complaint for Debt and Foreclosure of Real Property Mortgage.
