In commemoration of Easter, the Innovative- Choice Business offices and retail stores on St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix will be closed on Friday, April 14 and Saturday, April 15.
Business Offices and Retail Stores at Tutu Park on St. Thomas and Marketplace on St. John will be opening promptly at 10 a.m., Tuesday, April 18, instead of 8 a.m. to facilitate an important early-morning company meeting for employees. Offices on St. Croix will open at 8 a.m.; however, they will be closing at 3 p.m. to facilitate a company meeting for employees.
Innovative’s Business Offices, which include the customer care departments for Innovative Telephone, Innovative Cable TV and Innovative Long Distance, are located at Estate Diamond on St. Croix, Tutu Park Mall on St. Thomas and The Market Place on St. John.
The Innovative-Choice Wireless retail stores at Estate Diamond on St. Croix; Tutu Park on St. Thomas and The Marketplace on St. John will also be closed on April 14 and April 15.
For cable TV or phone repairs, Innovative customers calling from landlines should dial 912. The hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
