ACTION FOR DOMESTICATION OF FOREIGN JUDGMENT
NOTICE OF MARSHAL’S SALE

           PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of V.I. CODE ANN. tit. 5 § 471 et. seq. and the terms of sale, the undersigned Office of the Virgin Islands Marshal will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder on the 9th day of June 2017, at 10:00 a.m., at the Office of the Virgin Islands Marshal’s Office, R. H AMPHLETT LEADER JUSTICE COMPLEX, Kingshill, U.S. Virgin Islands, the following real property situated in St. Croix and held in the name of Judgement Debtor CRUZAN PROPERTIES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP to satisfy the Writ of Execution issued out of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, Division of St. Croix, on or about August 9, 2016 for Judgment entered on or about March 15, 2016, domesticating a foreign judgment entered in the State of Idaho on or about December 12, 2013. The below described properties shall be sold as stated herein:

NOTICE OF MARSHAL’S SALE

Plot No. 135 of Estate Little LaGrange, Westend Quarter,
consisting of 0.747 U.S. acres, more or less, as shown on map of
Subdivision of Parcel No. 6 of Matr. No. 30. Plots 121 through 150,
dated April 16, 1964, as more particularly described on O.L.G. No. 1548;

Plot No. 136 of Estate Little LaGrange, Westend Quarter,
consisting of 0.749 U.S. acres, more or less, as shown on map of
Subdivision of Parcel No. 6of Matr. No. 30. Plots 121 through 150,
dated April 16, 1964, as more particularly described on O.L.G. No. 1548;

Plot No. 138 of Estate Little LaGrange, Parcel No. 6, Matr. 30, Westend
Quarter, consisting of 0.633 U.S. acres, more or less, as more particularly
described on O.L.G. No.1548 dated April 16, 1964.

TOGETHER WITH all of the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging without any representation or guarantee. The above-described properties are uninmproved lots.

The terms of purchase include: ten percent (10%) of the purchase price paid must be deposited with the Marshal’s office on or before 3:00 p.m. on the day of the sale, and, upon failure to do so, the Marshal reserves the right to award the sale to the next highest bidder.  The balance of the sum bid must be paid within 30 days, or the deposit will be retained by the Marshal as and for liquidated damages and applied toward satisfaction of the Judgment for which the property is being sold. The Marshal further reserves the right, in such event, to award the sale to the next highest bidder. All payments must be made by cash, certified check, bank check, or U.S. postal order.  Personal uncertified checks will not be accepted. This sale is further subject to all other provisions of Title 5, Chapter 43 of the Virgin Islands Code.
