WAPA Schedules Customer Portal Web Site Maintenance for Aug. 9

Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (WAPA) has scheduled maintenance of the customer portal Web site for 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 9. During the five-hour period, customers will be unable to log into www.customerservice.viwapa.vi to make payments or view account information.

Customers are reminded that other payment options are available to include making payment at WAPA’s self-service payment kiosks, making payment at most local banks, placing a check or money order in the drop boxes at WAPA’s business offices, or mailing by using the envelope included with the billing statement.

There will be no electric or water service interruptions because of this system maintenance.
