The following applies only to the District of St. Thomas-St. John:

Any family court emergency matter will be handled at 1 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week in the Family Division, at the Alexander A. Farrelly Justice Complex.

All other previous hearings will be continued without a date. Parties will be notified of rescheduled dates once the courts are fully operational.

In accordance with the Judicial Branches Administrative Order No. 2017-001, all time limits prescribed or allowed by rule of procedure, court order, statutes applicable to court proceedings, or otherwise pertaining to court proceedings have been tolled from 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 5, through 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 14.
