While some horn tooting in the territory is a way to say thank-you, the obnoxious, demanding blares of the horn bullies defy all rules of proper etiquette and considerate behavior, while adding to the already raging stress levels of the daily grind.

 

In a recent letter widely distributed by Shelley Moorhead, founder of the African-Caribbean Reparations and Resettlement Alliance, Mr. Moorhead erroneously and disingenuously suggests that "taxpayers" have footed a $140,000 bill for the Rwanda Project USVI.

 

 

 

 

As of Monday, May 10, this community has lost 32 people—most of them to gun violence. Cute sayings don't change that fact.
