V.I. Lottery Supports Mentoring Through the Art of Music Concert

The V.I. Lottery sponsors the Reichhold Center for the Performing Arts as they present the second annual Mentoring Through the Art of the Music Concert: “Quelbe Meets Jazz.” The concert will feature Dion Parson and the 21st Century Band with fellow musicians Ron Blake and Rashawn Ross at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 26. The Quelbe Ambassadors will open the show.
