Pistarckle Theatre Presents ‘Jesus Christ, Superstar’

Feb. 24, 2009 - Pistarckle Theater presents "Jesus Christ, Superstar," the Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber groundbreaking musical directed by Marc Fellner. This rock-driven opera tells the story of the final seven days in the life of Jesus of Nazareth. The power of orchestration, dance and dramatic portrayals in song of apostles, priests, kings, Judas and Jesus himself will mesmerize and lift you as the story unfolds during the period in which Jesus' martyrdom is complete.
The cast includes Jeff Neevel, Marc Fellnererez, Timothy Abraham, Christina Harper, S. Cory Willis, Kate Rake, Danny Challenger, Yasmin Jamil, Bill Thompson and Theodore Sealey Jr.
Performances are on March 12, which is pay as you can night, March 13, which is Opening Night, and are followed by performances on March 14, 19, 20, 21 and April 3 and 4, all at 8 p.m. There will be matinees on March 21 and April 4 and 5, at 2 p.m.
