Property Auctions Take Place January 25

The Division of Real Property Tax will hold its first auction of delinquent properties in the St. Thomas-St. John district on Wednesday, Jan. 25, according to a press release issued Tuesday by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.  Properties slated for auction are in delinquent property tax payment status of 10 or more years.  The auction will be held at the Division of Personnel office, located in the GERS building, St. Thomas.
The property auction will begin at 9 a.m. Registration will take place between 8-9 a.m. 
 An updated list of the properties scheduled for auction can be viewed on the Lt. Governor’s Web site at www.ltg.gov.vi.
