WAPA Schedules St. John Service Interruption

The V.I. Water and Power Authority has scheduled a service interruption to St. John Feeder no. 7E, Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. About 71 customers in the Calabash Boom area will have electrical service interrupted while crews work to install primary and secondary lines, as well as equipment to a new planted utility pole on the hill just above the Calabash Boom apartments.

While crews are working, motorists traversing the area are asked to follow directional signs and flagmen instructions for the safety of crews, pedestrians and other drivers. Every effort will be made to restore electrical service as quickly as possible, according to WAPA.
