I attempted to write this as a comment to your well appreciated story on VIPD's fallen, but couldnt save the comment. Anyway: Patrick Sweeny was NOT killed during a burglary, but rather while trying to evict tresspassers from the campus of the Elena Christian Junior High School in Christiansted(the old Richmond location). Wilbur Francis was killed while he and his partner attempted to question/detain/arrest Wayne Holst at Mr. Holst's residence in Christiansted and NOT in a burlgary.
