Artvi Advocates will present its first Young@heART project, 'Dream in Green Summer pARTy' July 24 at Everyday Clay Studio in Tillett Gardens.

Pistarckle Theater presents Neil Simon's “Come Blow Your Horn,” which is their final production of the 2009/2010 season.

Visiting potter Ara Cardew will teach a Weekend Lecture Demonstration Workshop on Jan. 22-24 that will include an evening reception on Friday, a demonstration/slide show/talk on Saturday, and a demonstration on Sunday. 

Zainab Salbi, a world changer, will speak on Thursday, Jan. 21, at Prior Jollek Hall, Antilles School Campus.

On Three Kings Day, Coconut Coast Studios will host a special event: flautist Nancy Ruffer will accompany the St. John Flutes, Rich Greengold and Katha Riccardi, with an additional guest appearance by Michael Banzhaf

Residents of Carolina, Mandahl, East End and John’s Folly are invited to participate in the Coral Bay Community Christmas Tree lighting and a chance to sing in a “competitive challenge for festiveness” on Monday evening, Dec. 14.

Pistarckle Theater's third production of the season, “A Christmas Carol 1941,” will open next week. This Christmas classic of greed, ghosts and redemption has been re-imagined in Washington, .D.C., at the start of World War II.  

The tantalizing passion of Latin dance will lure audiences to the edge of their seats when Ballet Hispanico brings their feisty blend of salsa, classical, rhumba and other repertoires to the stage on Saturday, Nov. 21, at the Reichhold Center for the Arts. 

The close-knit cast is joining forces to help one of their own actors. Upon learning of an emergency that is facing family members of one of the show’s actresses, the entire cast immediately agreed to this one-time-only benefit performance.
