St. Thomas residents who need copies of liens held on their vehicles need to do so at the Corporations and Trademarks division of the Lt. Governor's Office. The insurance and passport service is now located in Nisky Center.
The newly refurbished building on Government Hill houses only the administrative and accounting offices of the Office of Lieutenant Governor.
