CORRUPTION CONCERNS POTENTIAL RESIDENTS

Dear Source,
We are back in Hawaii for the time being. We have some doubts about St Thomas now. We were called "white bastards" and the government corruption is causing suffering.
We lived in Papua, New Guinea before Hawaii and witnessed the misery caused by corruption.
We hated the cruise ship shopping frenzy in Charlotte Amalie and we heard nothing but bad from people living in St. Thomas, yet none wanted to leave. Many had left and returned.
Hawaii seems sterile compared to USVI and I would still like to live there.
We are still reading your paper wishing you rain and no hurricanes.
