All corporations doing business in the U.S. Virgin Islands are reminded that their annual franchise taxes are due by the end of this month.
Every domestic and foreign corporation incorporated under the laws of the Virgin Islands and every foreign corporation doing business in the territory is required to pay an annual franchise tax to the government.
Virgin Islands law also requires that every corporation file its annual report together with its annual franchise tax report by June 30 each year.
