REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS CAN LEARN ON-LINE

The Real Estate Appraisers Board requires that professionals in the field complete 14 hours of continuing education annually, according to a release from the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs.
The release notes that the following on-line courses are available to real estate appraisers:
From Phoenix Seminars Inc. — "Computer Applications for Real Estate Appraisers"
From the Appraisal Institute — "Internet Search Strategies for Real Estate Appraisers" and "Residential Design and Functional Utility"
From the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers — "Fundamentals of Rural Appraisal," "Principals of Rural Appraisal," "Advanced Rural Appraisal" and "Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice"
From The Beckman Company — "The Technical Inspection of Real Estate"
