STARVING ARTISTS DAY AT WHIM

The St. Croix Landmarks Society will host the annual Starving Artists Day Spring Show from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 25 at the Whim Museum.
Starving Artists Day is an island tradition that features 70 exhibitors, along with "pass it on" traditional craft displays, a farmers market, furniture tent sale, a 50/50 raffle, storytelling, a library booth with historic photos, a Tanya McPhearson art exhibit, Crucian food and drinks, along with a cash bar, continental breakfast on the porch and entertainment. Free tours of the museum will be offered.
The Complex Combo will entertain from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. followed by the St.Croix All Stars Steel Band from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Admission for adults is $3. Children admitted free. Call 772-0598 for further information.
Art and craft vendors are encouraged to make reservations now at the Whim office in Frederiksted.
