Prospective summer camp operators are invited to a briefing on safely operating a summer camp from 9 a.m. to 12 noon on Thursday, May 10, at the Department of Education's Curriculum Center.
Summer camp operators are reminded that all camps must be licensed with the Department of Human Services. Failure to comply may result in a $1000 fine or imprisonment.
Applications for licensure will be available at the briefing.
