NEWS ASSOCIATION MEETS SATURDAY

The Virgin Islands News Association will host Frank Jordan, former head of the UVI Journalism program at UVI, in a teleconference on Saturday, May 5.
Jordan, former NBC Washington Bureau Chief and Dean of Communications School at American University, will speak on The Importance of Press Associations. The conference is open to all interested in the media in the Virgin Islands..
The conference will begin at 4:30 p.m. at the teleconferencing facilities at UVI on St. Thomas at Teacher's Ed Room 101 and the Evens Center, Room 713 on St. Croix. There will be a short business meeting following or preceding Jordan's address.
