Women for Positive Change will meet at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 5 at Gladys Cafe, Royal Dane Mall.
The topic of the meeting will be Bill 24-0013 to enact the Child Protection Act of 2001 and endorsement of a public hearing and discussion of the bill.
Women who can't attend are urged to contact Senator Donald Cole, chairperson of the Committee of Government Operations, at 693-3524, and ask when hearing will take place.
