Now that we are into the 2001 hurricane season, we must stock up on our supplies and be prepared. A market basket survey would be a wonderful tool to have published on these items; not only for retail shops, but also for our new warehouse style operations .
If the Department of Licencing and Consumer Affairs could achieve this goal, consumers might make their purchases sooner rather than later.
