OVER 40 SOFTBALL: RESULTS, MANAGERS TO MEET

Nov. 26, 2001 – There will be an important meeting of all Susthens Vialet Over 40 Softball League managers at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Griffith Park office.
In Sunday action, the Savages won over the Ninjars 7-0, in the Ninjars' second forfeit.
In Game 2, the Bapos overran the Royals 18-3. The game was called when a Royals player was ejected from the game and the team had no players on the bench to substitute.
Game 3 could not be played, as the Dynamics had forfeited out of the league the previous Sunday.
In the fourth game, the Roughnecks lost to the Oilers 15-12. Oilers had 18 runs to Roughnecks' 17. Oilers had three errors, Roughnecks one. Winning pitcher was Felix O'Neal; losing pitcher was Delbert Phipps. Top hitter for the Roughnecks was Ed Werner, who went four for four. For the winners, Feliciano Herrera went three for three, and Uriah Fleming and Felix O'Neal were two for three. Fleming hit the only home run, bringing in two runs in the first inning.
Games set for Dec. 1 schedule are:
Game 1, Movements vs. Oilers
Game 2, Roughnecks vs. Savages
Game 3, teams to be announced.
