Feb. 8, 2002 – The St. Thomas Tropical Masqueraders Carnival Troupe, also known as the "Demonstration Clowns" informs the public that practices have started in preparation for Carnival 2002. New and old members are accepted. The Troupe meets at 3 p.m. on Saturdays at the Charlotte Amalie High School. Applications will be available.
