Board of Trustees to Meet on St. Thomas Campus
The UVI Board of Trustees will meet at 8 a.m. Monday, June 17, in room 207 of the Sports and Fitness Center on the St. Thomas campus.
Seminar: IDC/EDC Benefits for Small Businesses
UVI's Small Business Development Center (SBDC) continues its series of informational seminars on Wednesday, June 27, with a presentation titled "IDC/EDC Benefits and Small Businesses." The free seminar is presented in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration and the VI Economic Development Authority.
Registration begins at 6 p.m. and the two-hour session starts at 6:30 p.m. It takes place in the SBDC Training Facility at Nisky Center on St. Thomas. To pre-register or for details call 776-3206.
St. Thomas Campus Cafeteria to Reopen
The St. Thomas campus cafeteria will resume food service on Monday, June 17. Hours are: Monday through Friday: 7-9 a.m.; 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.; and 4:30-7 p.m.; Saturday: 8-9 a.m.; Noon-1 p.m.; 5-6 p.m.; Sunday: 10 a.m.-2 p.m.; 5-6 p.m.
"For Better, For Worse" Continues This Weekend
Performances of David Edgecombe's comedy, "For Better, For Worse," continue this weekend, running from Friday through Monday, June 17. Showtime is 8 p.m. in the UVI Little Theatre. Tickets are $15, and are available on campus at the Reichhold Box Office (693-1559) and the UVI Bookstore; on St. Thomas at Krystal Gifts Galore, Modern Music and Parrot Fish; and on St. John at Connections.
