GASPERI SHOW ENDING WITH A SECOND RECEPTION

July 13, 2002 – The current exhibition of art by Luca Gasperi at the Walsh Metal Works Gallery opened with a meet-the-artist reception on June 28. It is closing Saturday with another, from 5 to 8 p.m.
"There will be more wine and cheese, another chance to chat with the artist about his works, perhaps a little less hubbub" than at the jam-packed opening event, and "a last chance to enjoy the 60 works on display," Gasperi's fiancee and publicist, Christina Frederick, says.
Those who have purchased works in the show will be able to pick them up at the close of Saturday's reception or anytime in the coming week, she said.
For more information about the artist and his work, see "Gasperi show reflects love of art and the land".
