Aug. 6, 2002 – It's closer than you might think – the V.I. Carnival Committee is swinging into action for the 2003 V.I. Carnival.
The committee has issued a call for themes, to be submitted to the office on lower Kronprindsens Gade or via fax at 777-9199. The deadline for entries is Aug. 30.
