WHAT ABOUT MONOGAMOUS MEN'S HIV RISK?

Dear Source,
I read Judi Shimel's article HIV Risk High For Faithful Women, Teens Seniors. It specially called my attention the results indicating that monogamous women are more at risk than prostitutes (as I read it!). I guess that the study means that, given the culture of the VI and male Virgin Islanders possibly having multiple relationships, women should not trust men in the Virgin Islands!
In my opinion this is too broad and characterizes most men in the Virgin Islands as cheaters. What about monogamous men? Where they considered in the report? Are there no cheating wives in the Virgin Islands?
