Nov. 21, 2002 – The Virgin Islands Woman's Business Center is offering a seminar to the general public entitled "Business Trends in the 21st Century." It will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 10, at Gertrude's Restaurant. Special presenters will be Norma DeJournette and Judy Bain.
