July 29, 2003 — The Human Resources offices of the V.I. Education Department in both districts will be on an 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. schedule daily through Friday, Aug. 22. Walk-ins will be assisted from 8 a.m. to noon.
"The limited hours of operation are necessary," said Alscess Lewis Brown in a release, "to allow Human Resources personnel to expedite the high volume of administrative duties which occur during the summer months, as well as in preparation of HR activities for the upcoming school year."
Regular hours of operation will resume on Monday, Aug. 25.
The offices may be contacted by calling 773-1095 on St. Croix or 774-0100 on St. Thomas.
