August 5, 2003 – Veterans Affairs Director Justin Harrigan has announced that a V.A. counselor, Zoraida Diaz, will be conducting counseling sessions during the month of August to answer questions on benefits, claims, pensions and compensations.
On St. Thomas the session is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, August 13, at the Community Based Clinic at Buccaneer Mall.
On St. Croix the counseling will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, August 14, and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, August 15, at the Community Based Clinic located in the Barren Spot Mall.
