DON'T LOOK FOR A RUSH TO THE FRAME SHOPS

I can see no humor in the Senate's handling of the budgetary procedures.
This Senate has scoffed at the demands of the voters. There are still fifteen Senators. They have not trimmed money from the budget by reducing their own salaries even a token amount; they continue as if there is no "bottom of the money barrel." They have not eliminated the appointed jobs that do little and cost much.
We are mired in a morass of mediocrity when it comes to this group of elected officials and that includes the governor, and his lieutenant governor.
We are paying dearly for a tragedy which might make a good TV situation comedy.
