GOVERNOR ATTENDING POLICE EXECUTIVES' MEETING

Dec. 2, 2003 – Government House announced on Tuesday that Gov. Charles W. Turnbull is out of the territory this week.
He left St. Thomas on Monday to attend an annual meeting of the Association of Caribbean Commissioners of Police in Barbados and is expected to return home "the end of this week," a release stated.
According to the association's Web site, the "intersessional meeting" is taking place Tuesday through Thursday at the Amaryllis Beach Resort in Barbados.
