Dec. 2, 2003 — The Department of Planning and Natural Resources issued a Public Advisory late Tuesday afternoon warning of sewage escaping from a manhole in Estate Cane.
"DPNR was notified that the manhole located in the vicinity of 98 Estate Cane is overflowing," the statement reported.
The government is advising people to avoid the area until the problem is cleared up.
