Dec. 8, 2003 — Even though the weather caused cancellation of the St. Thomas/St. John Agriculture and Food Fair, the raffle is still on.
The winners will be drawn at the V.I. Agriculture Department's annual party, planned for 8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14, at the Estate Dorothea compound, according to a University of the Virgin Islands release.
Winners will receive: No. 1, a calf; No. 2, five fruit trees; No. 3, three bags of seed; No. 4, a UVI Cooperative Extension Service cookbook and medicinal plant book and a small jar of honey.
