GOVERNMENT STILL IN HOCK TO WAPA FOR $14 MILLION

It is my understanding that the V.I. Government owes WAPA some 14 million dollars which is not forthcoming in the foreseeable future.
If I don't pay my WAPA bill on time my power is cut off, not so the government.
That is discrimination.
Bruno-Vega could send out his meter men and pull the power from every government department except police, hospital, and fire services until the government is in FULL compliance with the debt settlement.
He would be fired immediately but probably would be the governor after the next election.
How much longer do we have to suffer this mass of mediocrity?
