CHAKROFF: WORST CASE OF CRUELTY I'VE HANDLED

The animal cruelty stories of late have been so appalling yet they must be reported and read. Why the people of the Virgin Islands take animal abuse/cruelty so lightly is beyond me when study after study shows that this is the precursor to later and more progressive violence to both humans and other animals. Every Virgin Islander should be screaming for stronger animal cruelty laws and the Attorney General should be ashamed of himself for not being at the forefront of this movement.
