DRIVER'S LICENSES: WOES, DILEMMA, POLICE RESPONSE

I think that it is so absurd that the residents of the Virgin Islands have
to go through this dilemma of filling out a form and paying a fee in order to receive a receipt and renewal form which they staple to their expired license. In addition, the DMV does not know how long it will be until their systems start working again. Then, they must go out into society claiming that this is their valid license. That is just plain STUPID!
