SEN. USIE RICHARDS INVITES ALL TO PUBLIC FORUM

Jan. 11, 2004 — Sen. Usie R. Richards invites the general public to a community forum to be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, at the Midland Bar and Restaurant.
The purpose of the meeting, said a release, is to provide an annual report of Richards' efforts on behalf of the people of St. Croix and the U.S. Virgin Islands. It also is an opportunity for the public to discuss concerns and ask questions.
At the end of his freshman year in office, Richards, minority leader of the 25th Legislature, said, "I continue to be accountable to the people of St. Croix and will remain vigilant in serving the community." The forum will also highlight the work of the minority caucus and pending legislation that may impact the St. Croix District.
