FEDA ANNOUNCES NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Frederiksted's major organization serving the economic and developmental aspect of this west end community, the Frederiksted Economic Development Association recently installed the new 2004 Board of Directors.
Heading FEDA's Board for the upcoming year will be:
• Board Chairman, Rupert Ross, Jr..
• Vice-Chair, Ms. Claire Roker
• Executive Secretary, Ms. Bridget Cox-Dawson
• Treasurer, Ms. Unise Tranberg
Newly appointed Board members include:
• Dr. Eugene Petersen, DVM/President of the Board of Directors, Island Center
• Mr. Lance Waters, President, International Asset Management, Inc.
• Mr. Addison P. Christian, Pres./CEO Addison Construction & Maintenance, Inc.
• Mr. John Abramson, Jr., Supervisor of Elections, Election System of the USVI
FEDA is instrumental in bringing many activities and economic stimulus to the west end of St. Croix. As producer and sponsor of the monthly Sunset Jazz in Frederiksted free community jazz concerts, producer of the Emancipation Day festivities through FEDA's YTT (Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow) program, and as an active member and participant in both public and private organizations geared to the enhancement and development of the St. Croix economy, infrastructure and tourism product, FEDA continues to persevere in it's mission to support, protect and enhance the business community of Frederiksted.
