The V.I. Water and Power Authority invites the public to a town meeting to discuss WAPA's St. John capital projects at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, at the St. John Legislature Conference Room.
The town meeting will be followed by a WAPA governing board meeting.
