CYCLING FEDERATION RACE SET FOR SUNDAY

The second race of the V.I. Cycling Federation's season will take place this Sunday on the east end of St. Croix. Participants are instructed to meet at The Solitude Store at 7 a.m.
According to VICF member Gabe Webber, the course will wind through "the hilly and challenging east end loop of St. Croix."
Racers in the Sport and Pro categories will face a 13-mile course, while Expert cyclists will tackle a 26-mile course.
Webber said the VICF's race seaon is only just beginning and will last until mid-July.
Entrance fee is $5 for VICF members and $10 for nonmembers.
