5 Named to Sexual Offenders Registration Board

July 23, 2004 – Five individuals have been tapped by Gov. Charles W. Turnbull to serve on the Sexual Offenders Registration Territorial Board, Government House announced on Friday.
From the St. Thomas-St. John district, the governor named Sandra Brunet, chief policy adviser to Lt. Gov. Vargrave Richards; Michal S. Rhymer-Charles, Human Services assistant commissioner; and Sharon Roland of the Human Services Department's Children, Youth and Families Division.
From St. Croix, he named Gregory Bennerson, chief of detectives in the Police Department's Criminal Investigation Bureau and a former senator; and Clema Lewis, co-director of the Women's Coalition of St. Croix.
All have been named to serve four-year terms. The appointments do not require approval by the Legislature.
