Bahá’í Community Schedules Activities

Sept. 17, 2004 – The Bahá'í Community welcomes everyone to upcoming activities. The schedule includes:
Fun Night: Everyone is invited to an evening of fun and games-playing at 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18, at the Bahá'í National Center, 129 Estate Contant. Fun night is an opportunity for children, youth and adults to get together and play games with each other. For information call 777-8120.
Devotional Gatherings: Devotional gatherings to say prayers and read from the writings of many faiths are held weekly on St. Thomas and St. John. On St. Thomas, the next gathering, Devotions & Dessert, will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 19. For information call 776-7024.
The following weekend there will be Devotions & Pot Luck Breakfast at 10 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 26. For information call 776-2029.
On St. John, devotional gatherings are held at 7:30 p.m. on alternate Monday and Wednesday evenings. The next two gatherings will be held on Sept. 22 and 27. For information call 776-6316.
All are invited to attend and participate.
Children's Class: All children ages 8 to 12 are welcome to attend the Bahá'í children's classes held every Sunday at 10 a.m. at the Baha'i National Center. For information or to register, call Julie Armbruster at 776-0488.
Study Groups: If you would like to join a group to study the Bahá'í Writings, call Judi Bryant at 643-5059 for information about a study group in your area.
