Girl Scout membership applications and adult volunteer application packets are now available for the 2005 Girl Scouts year at the Girl Scouts Offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix. Membership in the Girl Scouts is open to girls and young women between the ages of 4 and 17, and volunteer membership is open to adults 18 years of age and over, according to a release from Jacqueline A. Dennis, president of the Girl Scout Council board. All volunteers are screened pursuant to Girl Scout USA policies and procedures. Please call the council offices, on St. Thomas at 774-1054 or St. Croix, 772-1850 between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. for further Information.
