With bated breath and enormous trepidation I await my next WAPA bill. When WAPA said that commercial accounts would go up about $3 a month, my bill went up over $50 a month. When WAPA said commercial accounts would go up $5 a month, my bill went up over $90 a month. Despite the inconsistency of the billing periods, my usage of electricity remains near constant (I'm checking the kilowatts!) and yet the bill keeps climbing way beyond what WAPA touts to the media.
