The St. Croix Environmental Association will host a lecture on the Southgate Coastal Reserve it is developing Tuesday, Jan. 25, from 7 to 8 p.m., at UVI-STX Cooperative Extension Service Room #133. Dr. Arthur Gaines of the Coast and Harbor Institute at Woods Hole, who participated in a comprehensive research project at the site last year, will speak on "Southgate Pond: New Insights and Surprises."
