Health Gets New Legal Counsel

Feb. 8, 2005 – In a Government House statement issued Monday, it was announced that Carl A. Richardson has been appointed as legal counsel for the Health Department.
Richardson earned a master's in business administration from the University of the Virgin Islands, and holds a J.D. from the University of Texas, according to the statement.
Health Commissioner Darlene Carty welcomed Richardson, according to the statement, whose legal experience coupled with a background in accounting and insurance will be "a welcome addition to the department."
