Lucille Roberts Dies at 100 Years Old

April 18, 2005 – Lucille Roberts died on April 13 at Sea View Nursing Home. She was 100 years old. Roberts was an educator in the Virgin Islands public school system.
She is survived by her caregivers, Mr. and Mrs. Antonio Faulkner and great-granddaughter, Cheryl Steele; nieces, Jean Dula, Ada Mae Jones, Joyce Lebron, Celia McEvoy, Leola Herman, Lola Richards, Leona Raymo, Alana Crabbe, Aloma Dawson and Jaquelyn Adams; nephews, Lubin Roberts, Leon, Lionel III, Lloyd, Ronald and Leandre Roberts and Angel Dawson; special cousins, Hilda Daniel, Esther Francois and Beryl Harthman; many other nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Memorial Moravian Church, with the viewing beginning at 9 a.m. Burial will follow at Western Cemetery. Professional arrangements are entrusted to John Thomas Memorial Funeral Chapel.
