Rescue Training Academy to Celebrate Grand Opening Wednesday

June 27, 2005 — The St. Croix Rescue Training Academy will celebrate its grand opening on Wednesday, June 29 at 6 p.m. The grand opening will be held at the academy's new headquarters at Five Corners, Christiansted, directly across the street from the National Guard headquarters.
The training academy was made possible through the generosity of Mr. Joe Jaber of The Jaber Real Estate Company.
There will be demonstrations by rescues units and K-9 search-and-rescue teams beginning at 5:30 p.m., along with other demonstrations throughout the evening.
The dedication ceremony will begin at 6:45 p.m. following the grand opening.
